Analyze system usage.

By default the usage of the current year is displayed in the overview. The overview contains the data for 1 year, grouped per quarter (3 months).

Per quarter the following information is displayed:

• Active users, a user is regared 'active' if at least 1 inspection has been performed by this user.
• Formal inspections, number of files inspected through Formal inspection runs (see CQC clients).
• Informal inspections, number of files inspected through Informal inspection runs (see Developer clients).
• Usage fee, within the Contract administration fictive usage-fees are specified per active user and per (formal) inspection. These fees are used to calculate the (fictive) variable costs of the usage of the QStudio system i.e. (number of active users * user-fee) plus (number of formal inspections * usage-fee).
