Changing department details.

To be able to change the department details the department has to be selected in the left pane (see picture). The window is in select-mode (see the interface description) and the department details are displayed in the right pane of the window. If the user is authorized (see the authorization table), the Edit-button is enabled. By activating the Edit-button, the window gets in edit-mode (see next picture).

When the window is in edit-mode, the Save-button is activated and the department details are editable. All data can be changed. The manager can be selected from a list, which contains all users which were registered for this department. The summation of the number of users within all departments can not exceed the total number of users in the contract, as specified in the license agreement. After the changes have been made, they can be saved by activating the Save-button. The window will now return to the select-mode.
