How to use Product maintenance.
With every inspection run of the QStudio analyzer the Java source code is inspected and the results are stored on the QStudio server in the repository. Through the Product maintenance module the inspection data in the QStudio repository can be maintained. Only data which is generated through Formal inspections can be maintained (see CQC clients). The maintenance functionality comprehends actually only the possibility to remove (obsolete) data from the repository. Data can be(come) obsolete for a number of different reasons:
Access to the module is restricted to users which are assigned as team-members with at least build-rights (see Product administration).
