Select milestone.
By default the current standard for the selected product (context) is displayed. This is the
standard which will be used for the next Formal inspection. A copy of the current
standard is created for every new milestone, which originates from a Formal inspection
run.
The selection-list contains all available milestones within the selected product, extended
with an entry for 'the next milestone'. The milestones are ordered by sequence-number.
