Select milestone.
By default the ratings are displayed which originate from the last milestone in the
selected product-context. A milestone is created with every Formal inspection and
represents a snap-shot of the source code (and the inspection data) on a specific moment.
The selection-list contains all available milestones within the selected product.
The name of the milestones is generated by the system and consist of a sequence-number
(within the product) and the date (of creation). The milestones are ordered by sequence-number.
