Select trends.

Through the Trends view the historical evolution of the different quality aspects can be viewed. Three groups of aspects can be distinguished i.e. object-, impact- and quality-related.

• Object-related, these aspects refer to physical entities in the Java source code i.e. files, classes and methods.
• Impact-related, this aspect relates to the impact of the encoutered observations for the different users of the software module (see Concepts).
• Quality-related, these aspects refer to the quality attributes as defined in the QStudio Quality Attribute Tree (see Concepts).

The selection of the aspects is done through the select-box in the top-pane of the Quality trend view window. By default the trend on the files is selected.
