How to use the WUI Views?
The Views section is part of the Home-tab of the WUI interface. In the Views
section 4 views are defined to disclose the information in the QStudio repository.
Only the information resulting from Formal inspection runs can be disclosed
through these views.
The views can be invoked through a selection in the select-box. When the Views
module is opened through the Quick selection at the top of desktop the
Quality-view is opened (by default).
- In the Quality view the
observations, originating from Formal inspection runs (milestones), can be listed.
The scope of the data can be selected and the observations can be seen in the
context of the source code.
- In the Compliance view the software metrics,
originating from Formal inspection runs (milestones), can be listed. The scope of the
data can be selected and the compliance to the (Product) Quality Standard is indicated.
- In the Compliance trend view graphical presentations
are available of the software metrics in the context of the Quality model, as defined
in the (Product) Quality Standard.
- In the Quality trend view a subset of the
quality data, originating from Formal inspection runs (milestones), can be selected
for which the evolution over the milestones is shown.
